NET has appointed Bill Lockyer as its new Quality and Verification Manager.
Bill will be responsible for verification and standardisation of all NET assessments and will review NET processes, operating procedures and materials to ensure and embed best practice. He will also support the development of new End Point Assessments in Building Controls and Network Cabling along with other projects.
A highly experienced, fully qualified electrician with over 30 years’ experience in senior roles within business and the Further Education sector, for the past 10 years Bill has worked as External Quality Assurer/Verifier for the awarding organisation EAL, with responsibility for electrotechnical, engineering and Rail quality assurance and verification across 68 centres.
