No – only the candidate can log an appeal against the decision regarding their assessment result.
All appeals against the result of an assessment should be referred to your assessment centre, who will log the appeal on their system. This will then automatically notify NET, who will review the appeal in line with the Appeals Policy.
Assessment centres have no input in the decision of the appeal, but they will be responsible for notifying the candidate of the outcome.
Appeals sent directly to NET via the website or via email will not be reviewed.
