AM2 Appeals

Before lodging an appeal, it is very important that you have read and fully understood the NET Exam Results Appeal policy.

Appeal Stage 1

If you believe you have a case to formally appeal, the first step is to raise an initial appeal enquiry with your assessment centre. We recommend doing so in writing by post or email, outlining the details of your query or case and seeking a  written response. We advise that candidates retain copies of all correspondence and/or any verbal or telephone discussions with the centre in relation to their appeal.

If you are unable to reach a satisfactory outcome after this process, you may elevate your case to a stage 2 appeal.

Appeal Stage 2

As outlined in the Appeals policy, there is a £50 deposit payment required to lodge a Stage 2 appeal which is formally investigated by the NET Appeals panel. If the appeal is upheld following investigation, this fee will be reimbursed back to the candidate after the ruling.

Please use the forms below if you have raised a stage one appeal and wish to progress it to formal stage 2 investigation.
